Help with Audilo
Audilo Help covers creating AI-generated songs and instrumentals, reviewing lyrics and artwork, managing accounts and billing, understanding result-specific rights, and reporting safety or copyright concerns. For a technical or account problem, include the affected song or job title, the approximate time, and what you expected—never send a password, payment number, or private key.
Accounts and billing
Use Studio settings to manage your profile and the pricing page to review plan details. Never send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card numbers, or API keys to support.
Rights and publishing
Check the rights label attached to the specific result before publishing or commercial use. A plan benefit does not silently replace a more restrictive model or result label.
Privacy and safety
Remove private details before submitting conversations or prompts. Use Audilo's reporting tools for harmful content, impersonation, harassment, or copyright concerns.
Technical problems
When reporting a failed generation, share the visible song or job title, approximate time, device and browser, and the safe customer-facing message. Do not paste hidden diagnostics or credentials.
